ECS Mobile Spa gift certificates and gift cards are only valid if signed and authorized by Exclusive Concierge Services. Please note that all company policies apply with each certificate.

If you schedule an appointment and fail to give the required 24 hours

cancellation notice,

•  ECS will render the certificate complete 
• You will lose the value of the certificate and 
• Forfeit all deposits.

ECS Mobile Spa gift cards and certificates are not redeemable for cash. Gift card expire a year from the date of purchase.All bookings are subject to rescheduling restrictions.
